Tim Hortons

Without a doubt, the worst experience of any Tim Hortons I've ever had in my entire life and I've been to dozens and dozens of them. The staff was rude. My wife, young son and I had just spent 2 hours in the car and we needed to use the lavatory. The door was locked and they refused to give us the code to get in telling us that we had to order something before they would open the door which is fine in general. But then after we stood in line they took care of the person they were ordering that was ahead of us and then they walked away and wouldn't serve us. There was literally a woman on her cell phone 5 ft away and we were calling to her and she was ignoring us. After standing at the front counter for 5 minutes and calling to a woman who was refusing to acknowledge us and playing on her cell phone, we finally left and went down the road to another restaurant. The general appearance of the building both inside and out was dirty and littered and there was a homeless person sitting out front nodding off. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Rudest customer service ever! Entered Tim Hortons to grab a dozen donuts and a coffee. The cashier was extremely rude, impatient, and it felt like he just did not care to be there! Witnessed him being rude and impatient to another customer! The other customer made a comment went cashier walked away, and said he was grumpy when she arrived, and made little comments! Very small selection of donuts to chose from. None of the Berry donuts that I originally went for. Asked if I could wait until more donuts were made, and he said "no, ain't no more getting made." Shorted me 2 donuts out of dozen. Afraid to reenter store to make complaint. Terrible service! I will never return

I went through drive thru this morning 5/22/26 around 8:25am. I mistakenly went pass the speaker. When I pulled up two workers were already looking out the window at me. The worker (black women wearing glasses) with the headset on. I said good morning my order number is 9725 very politely may I add. Worker with headset said you need to stop at the speaker. I immediately said I'm so sorry the line. She cut me off at that point and said "what's your order number"?I than again said I'm sorry continued with my order number. She was so rude to me. She brung my donuts back, asked me if I need anything else. I didn't get anything out but the word "no but" she shut the windsow door in my face. Im always polite to the workers, even when service is extremely slow, order is wrong. Usually I just let it go. Nope! Tim Hortons you will be hearing from me.

Was never a big fan of this particular Tim Hortons but now they wanna make you buy something just to use their bathrooms... It's ridiculous...and because of that I will definitely not be back to this Tim Hortons. Since they wanna be like that then y'all should expect to have people pissing around your building....(Their next to a city shelter for men that doesn't allow people to start coming in til like 7pm, so no access to a bathroom and Tim Hortons was the closest.. you do the math)
